Details of the lewd encounter are courtesy of the lawsuit Robert Tucker filed this week in Dallas County, according to RadarOnline.com.
In mid-December, Tucker says he went to see Dick's live comedy show, but wasn't at all entertained. He claims the comedian was singing in a blond wig, black camisole and loose red skit when he stepped off the stage to interact with his audience. And that's when trouble started.
Allegedly, the comic replied to Tucker's autograph request by sidling up close and kneeling on a tall bar stool, before opening the skirt. Dick (sans underwear) then reportedly palmed Tucker's head for what he likely thought was a grinding moment of misguided comedy. The lawsuit explains:
"Defendant Dick then, while still controlling Plaintiff's head with his hand, forced his genitals against the left side of Plaintiff's face." (The Dallas Observer posts video of the incident here.)
The faux-job triggered Tucker's lawsuit, citing defamation of conduct and infliction of emotional distress, and seeking unspecified damages. The suit targets both Dick and his talent agency.
A former TV actor ('NewsRadio') and South Carolina native, Dick, 45, has made a mid-life career out of his legal tangles and substance-abuse issues. He appeared on Dr. Drew Pinksy's 'Sober Living House' show in 2009, but had run-ins with the law throughout 2010 for sexual abuse and exposing himself in public.
Earlier this month, just days after he was spotted at a 'Bridesmaids' premiere afterparty, Dick was arrested at a California restaurant on a misdemeanor charge of "disorderly conduct with alcohol."
