Christina Aguilera is not having a good year. The singer, who finalized her divorce from husband Jordan Bratman, infamously flubbed the National Anthem at the Super Bowl, and reportedly passed out at a party thrown by "The Town" star Jeremy Renner, has been arrested for public intoxication after police pulled over her new boyfriend, Matt Rutler, on suspicion of DUI in West Hollywood, TMZ.com reports.
Police sources tell the website that the "extremely intoxicated" Aguilera was "unable to take care of herself." Police pulled over Rutler for driving erratically, and booked him with misdemeanor DUI, TMZ.com reports. His bail was set at $30,000.
